Educational objective of this course is acquiring knowledge in the field of finance and financial management at national and international level.
Course content is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part includes the following: organization of payment, equity, short-term securities, foreign exchange system, international payment transactions, basic elements of financial planning, types of financial plans, revenue projections, expenditure planning, cash flow planning, concept and types of financial controls, cash management, receivables management, inventory management, financial analysis. The practical part includes the development business plan as the basic tool in the conduct of business, with special emphasis on the financial plan.
Educational outcomes: the acquired knowledge of financial management, students will use to identify various business phenomena and to solve problems that have their origins in the theory and practice of modern organizations. Students will be able to work independently and in team to solve problems independently, collectively and interactively, to establish a particular level of communication and to present the results of their work adequately.
