1. Educational objectives:
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the basic processing technologies and products to cope with the methodology design of technological processes for the manufacture of products
2. Education Outcomes (Knowledge):
Students will acquire basic knowledge about the technologies that are used in the processing of the product, and train for the design technological methods of making products
3. Content / structure of the course:
Introduction: definition of basic concepts, classification, and job processing. Basis of design technology procedures for technology file documents, the structure of the design process of technological processes, product analysis, determination treatment process variations.
Determination of elements in the conduct of operations: selection and design of the workplace, the determination tools and equipment, determine the mode and time of operation. Technological structure processing: processing class, group processing. Optimization of technological structure. Accuracy of processing and error processing. Basic programming numerically controlled machines. Design Automation of technological processes.
4. Methods of teaching:
Oral and written, illustrative-demonstrative, and experimental laboratory.
