Be a part of positive change as a mentor or mentee in Mentor the Young's three-month free mentoring program. The program brings together young people, from 18 to 25 years old, with experienced mentors from various fields, from all over Serbia.
More than 1,500 participants have passed through the first three seasons, of which even 90% recommend this program to others! Mentoring is carried out in over 30 different fields and industries, and the participants are from all over Serbia (even if they live abroad).
Mentees are curious and ambitious college or graduate students, as well as high school seniors who want to work on personal development, career development or entrepreneurship.
All professionals and entrepreneurs with at least 5 years of experience in the field they want to mentor can become mentors. We are looking for people who are ready to spend an average of 2 hours a week transferring their knowledge and experience with the aim of helping a young person at the beginning of personal, career or entrepreneurial development.
In addition to individual mentoring, all participants have the opportunity to improve their soft skills, leadership capacities and entrepreneurial mindset, through additional workshops, business simulations and networking events within the program.

Applications will be open until February 25, followed by interviews with coordinators, and the program will officially take place from the end of March to the end of June.
