Exploring options for your future career?Sign up for Sustainability Starter 2026, a program of the Forum for Responsible Business that, through meetings with experts, practical work and getting to know the business environment, gives you the opportunity to see what work in the field of sustainability looks like, get to know different professions and explore opportunities for career development.
Today, sustainability is not tied to one profession, but is practiced by people in various fields - from finance, human resources and communications to procurement, production, technology and supply chain. This means that there are many different ways to connect your education, interests and skills with a sustainable business.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
You will meet professionals who deal with sustainability. During October, through online meetings, you will talk with experts from Smart Kolektiv and the companies Lidl Srbija KD, UniCredit Bank Srbija, Coca-Cola HBC Srbija, Elixir Group, OTP banka and Nestlé Adriatic S. You will find out in which professions, areas and industries sustainability is present and how it can be connected to different professional paths.You will work on a specific business problem.In November, the program moves from conversation to practice. You will work in a team on the Sustainability Challenge, solving a specific business problem with the support of a mentor from the business sector. You will have the opportunity to experience what it looks like to work on a problem that companies really face.
You will gain experience and professional contacts.Through working with experts and mentors, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills, meet people from the business sector and explore different professional paths in sustainable business.
You will be part of a business event dedicated to sustainable business.The finale of the program will be held on December 3 at the CSR & ESG Forum 2026, where you and your team will present the results of the work on the Sustainability Challenge and have the opportunity to talk with company representatives and other experts.
