The University of Novi Sad, Technical Faculty “Mihajlo Pupin” in Zrenjanin (Republic of Serbia), in collaboration with Budapest Business University, Faculty of Finance and Accountancy, Budapest (Hungary), and Voronezh State University, Faculty of Economics, Voronezh (Russia), is pleased to announce the organization of the 16th International Symposium on Engineering Management and Competitiveness (EMC 2026). The symposium will take place in June 2026, continuing the tradition of excellence established in previous years. Notably, the 15th International Symposium on Engineering Management and Competitiveness (EMC 2025) was successfully held in June 2025 in Zrenjanin, Serbia. This event featured 36 papers, with contributions from authors representing 7 countries. The proceedings, published in English, were distributed to all participants, ensuring the dissemination of high-quality research and fostering international collaboration. As with its predecessors, EMC 2025 fully met the criteria for an international scientific symposium. Building upon this success, we aspire for EMC 2026 to achieve even greater prominence and impact within the academic and professional community. The Program and Organizing Committees warmly invite you to contribute to and participate in EMC 2026. We look forward to your engagement and to another enriching symposium experience.
